Q Drive Report Search
Find and open both individual and rollup Org reports located on the Q drive.
Why Would I Use This?
To quickly find and open Org reports without having to manually look in the Q drive.
Instructions
For the report you are trying to find:
- Enter the two digit Fund number, e.g., '10'.
- Enter the six digit Org number, e.g., '123456'
- Enter the four digit Fiscal Year, e.g., '2002'
- Enter the two digit Period, e.g., '02' (NOTE: You must use two digits. For example, '03' instead of '3')
- Click the Search button.
- All reports matching your criteria will appear in the box. To launch the report in Excel, click on the Report Name.
- If no reports appear but you know they exist, check your criteria again. If you are certain your criteria values are correct, you probably do not have access to the report. Contact your Financial Officer for report access.
TIP 1: Use '%' as a wildcard. For example, if you enter '%' for the Period along with the other report criteria and click Search, all reports for period 1 through 12 will appear in the box.
TIP 2: Org reports are archived off-line after a full fiscal year has passed. This means individual reports from Fiscal 1999 and 2000 have been archived off-line and cannot be accessed via this search tool. However, an end-of-year summary report is kept on-line for each fiscal year. To pull up the summary report you must enter '%' for "Period" since the report contains information for the full year (all twelve periods).
