The Career Center DOES NOT award academic credit. If an internship is advertised as "for credit", you are responsible for consulting with your academic department to determine if you can receive credit for an internship

Edwin L. Cox School of Business

Overview of Cox School of Business Undergraduate (BBA) Program

There are two options for gaining academic credit from an internship at The Cox School of Business.  One option is part of the Accounting curriculum and must be approved by the faculty director, Dr. Jeff Austin.

The BBA Academic Advising office manages the course registration and approval process for all other academic credit internships at The Cox School of Business. It’s the students’ responsibility to register for the course and provide the employer with necessary documents.
