Job Description: |
Intern will rotate through all aspects of retail
management, softlines, hardlines, and customer service.
Students will gain an understanding of how the entire
store functions.
Students will also create weekly progress reports for
the store manager. Interns will work directly with Area
Sales Managers to learn all functions of each
department.
The objective of the internship program is to identify
candidates that could progress to full-time management
positions upon graduation.
Duration: 10 weeks with option to continue for strong
candidates.

A store internship will expose you to all phases of
store management, from behind-the-scenes world of
housekeeping, receiving and security to all the things
that our Area Managers do every day-such as
merchandising, staffing, visual presentation, stock
replenishment, employee training and customer service.
In this way, an intern learns what it takes to be
successful in the fast-paced world of retail.
A store Assistant Area Sales Managers will manage a part
of the store with the partnership of an Area Sales
Manager. Your Area Sales Manager will teach you all
phases of store management: sales planning, staffing,
hiring, merchandising, replenishment and customer
service.
