HVAC Preventative Maintenance

Two technicians perform all HVAC preventative maintenance, except DX units. Equipment such as air handling units, exhaust fans, return air/relief fans, pumps, dampers, coils and sensors have the following preventative maintenance performed: filter and belt changes, bearing lubrication, coils cleaned, linkage adjustment and lubrication, belt and coupling alignment and sensor replacement and/or calibration.
