Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) engineering is performed by one Assistant Director of Energy Management and HVAC and one Assistant Director of Energy Management and Controls, both are Registered Professional Engineers in at least Texas. There responsibilities include new construction design and project management with regards to MEP systems, renovation design and project management with regards to MEP systems, correction and/or improvements to existing utilities/HVAC/electrical equipment, and project management of energy related projects.
