How do I report an IAQ problem?

The CPPO defers to the authorities when dealing with Air Quality issues. The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has developed a series of forms to guide our IAQ investigation process. Each time an IAQ complaint is received, It is recorded in an incident log so progress can be tracked. From there, other forms are utilized to insure a diligent process is followed to identify and correct any deficiencies.
