Small folio. 448 leaves ([4], 451 [i.e., 441], 3 leaves, leaves aa4, dd10, and hhh9 blank), 12½ x 8⅜ inches. Greek and roman; signatures in roman and Greek letters, double column within red line border. Title in red as is printer’s device below; printer’s device in black on verso of final leaf; initial spaces with guide letters; several woodcut headings and large initials, several initials and headpieces in the Byzantine style printed in red. Bound in 18th-century brown morocco gilt tooled, triple filets on covers, Fortescue family arms added in blank, dentelle in panels. § DM 4594; BMC Bible I 16.
