Small folio. 988 pages ([28], 324, 672 [i.e., 632], [4]), 12¼ × 8¼ inches. Greek and Latin in parallel columns, chapter numbers in roman numerals at side of Latin text. Printer’s device on title page and colophon; headpieces and initials, those at the beginning of Romans are printed in red; first page of dedication, text, and annotations enclosed within ornamental borders. Contemporary blind-stamped calfskin; 8 wood bosses with brass pins, brass clasps and catchplates; new spine and straps; remains of hand-lettered title at head of upper cover; leather tabs. § DM 4591, without annotations; VD 16 B4196.
