One Text, Two Results: Printing on Paper and Vellum

This is the checklist for an exhibition that explored the nuances of books issued simultaneously on paper and on vellum, such as the famous "Kelmscott Chaucer." Curated by former Bridwell Library Director Decherd Turner, the exhibition had such appeal that eight years later the same eighty-two books were sent to New York City for a successful second showing at the Grolier Club. The booklet includes an introductory essay by Decherd Turner. Each copy of this booklet also includes a small swatch of actual vellum.
