Curated by Page A. Thomas, Director of the Center for Methodist Studies at Bridwell Library, this exhibition displayed 118 of the library's autograph letters written by John Wesley (1703-1791), the founder of Methodism. The catalog included facsimiles and transcriptions of fourteen previously unpublished Wesley letters, and the essay "The Importance of Collecting the Letters of John Wesley" by long-time Bridwell benefactor, Dr. Frederick E.
