SNL—Students for New Learning—is SMU's chartered student organization for students with learning differences. This informal group meets monthly to provide support to each other, learn tips and strategies, plan fun events, and work as an educating agent on campus on the topic of learning differences. Our group is in its second year as a chartered organization, and we're proud of what we're doing!

In the past, we've invited faculty to attend our meetings and speak with us about their perspectives, and the group also bonded as we took on the challenge of a low-ropes course. In addition to our real accomplishments, we have fun too!

Our future goals involve increasing awareness of learning differences among faculty and other community members.
