College Tips:
Start early! Don’t wait until the holiday
season of your senior year to start researching and applying to
colleges. Begin the process early: sign up for the SAT/ACT, research
universities online, take campus tours, and start making a list of
everything you want out of a university. This will make your
decision much easier as you get closer to deciding where you will be
upon high school graduation!
Don’t be afraid to try something new! The
opportunities are endless when it comes to college, including where
to attend, what to major in, and what to be involved in. Explore all
of your options and don’t be afraid to move away, major in something
you hadn’t previously considered, and join new organizations!
Relax and soak it all in! College is a time to
learn, have fun and discover who you are. They are the best four
years of your life and you want to enjoy them with fond memories.
