Director of Pharmacy - Dr. Bob Smith Health Center
The Dr. Bob Smith Health Center, at Southern Methodist University, is seeking a Director of Pharmacy at our state-of-the-art campus facility. The Director of Pharmacy provides a full range of pharmaceutical services for students of the University. Provides pharmaceutical care using approved protocols in collaboration with clinic providers. Provides tasks associated with the selection, preparation and storage of pharmaceuticals and dispenses medications providing patient education for prescription and over the counter products. Responsible for managing inventory, record keeping and reporting for the pharmacy. Responsible for coordination and oversight of the pharmacy and supervises other pharmacy staff. The Director utilizes the pharmacy management software to run daily operations and administer basic functions. The Director is responsible for ensuring that the pharmacy provides excellent customer service while also adhering to complex regulations and continuing to meet revenue targets.

Associate Director of Employer Relations - Hegi Family Career Development Center
The Hegi Family Career Development Center at SMU is dedicated to serving the needs of SMU students and alumni, as well as assisting employers in reaching qualified SMU candidates. The Associate Director serves as a key leader in engaging and developing employer relationships committed to hiring SMU students for short term and full time professional opportunities. This person will be responsible for collaborating with the Executive Director to develop and run a comprehensive on campus recruitment program, which includes regular on campus interviews, employer hosted/involved career development events, and student centered, career focused programming. Fundamental to success in this role will be proactive information sharing, collaboration, and communication across the Hegi Family Career Development Center and campus wide career development networks. Frequent contact with cross-functional employers via phone calls, on campus meetings, and onsite discussions at companies is additionally essential.

Administrative Coordinator - Residence Life and Student Housing
The Administrative Coordinator is essential in providing customer service and administrative support for SMU’s Residence Life & Student Housing front office. The goal at Residence Life and Student Housing is to create on-campus residential communities, which empower students to value learning, citizenship, and leadership in comfortable, well-maintained facilities. The Administrative Coordinator provides the initial point of contact and provides front line customer service for students, faculty staff and contractors. This position provides administrative support for room assignments, SMU apartment leasing, resident applications and roommate requests, as well as manages the ID card system.

Administrative Assistant 2 - Student Conduct and Community Standards
This position will provide administrative support to the staff in the Office of Student Conduct & Community Standards. The individual in this role will provide service and information to students, faculty, staff, parents, and other community members who seek to interact with the Office of Student Conduct & Community Standards. This role is responsible for scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars, handling sanction submissions, fine payments, billing, and record management. Salary is $18.23 per hour.
