  • Colleagues/peers from each school will join the Student Affairs cohort
  • Case Study exercises will accompany every session
  • Commencement Speaker is a representative of the SMU Board of Trustees
  • Other changes being considered:
    • Incorporating a 1- week collateral assignment between participating departments
    • Establishing a panel of experts which consists of campus leaders who are “external” to SMU
