Cooler Request Form

Guidelines

  • Please submit this online form at least 5 business days prior to your event.
  • Only chartered organizations and SMU departments may reserve the Student Activities coolers.
  • A $50 deposit per cooler is required. Organizations should submit a completed check request to the Comptroller's office to verify funds.
  • Coolers must be picked up before 5 PM on the day of your event (Hughes-Trigg Student Center Suite 300).
  • Coolers must be returned to Student Activities no later than 10 AM the next business day.
  • Coolers must be returned empty, cleaned, and dried.
  • Failure to return the coolers in good condition and by the deadline will result in the forfeiture your deposit.
