One Piece of Advice to Students for Getting Involved

You can be involved in many ways, it doesn't have to be an organization. I got involved at SMU by getting a job at the Dedman Center to pay my way through college and it was the best experience ever. You need balance in your life; don't feel obligated to join and excel in every club to fill out your resume. It's better to do one thing excellently rather than many things poorly.

I am passionate about...

The arts, being a student of life, travel, my family. I love learning new things.

One Piece of Advice to Students for Getting Involved

Don't pigeon-hole yourself into one activity or group throughout your years in college. Try new things. Eat at a different dining center. Get involved with your Commons. Join the Quidditch Club. Work on campus. Find a way to leave your mark at SMU.

I am passionate about...

Student leaders who use their voice, work-life balance, equality, and BAKING!
