Crossing Space - Vendor Request Form

INSTRUCTIONS:
  • Please make sure to read the guidelines found on the Plan Your Event page before submitting your request.

  • Please note submission of this form is a request only and is not final until you have received and returned a signed copy of the event estimate.

  • Vendors outside the SMU Community will pay $150 per Crossing space, per day granted. A vendor is automatically considered outside the SMU Community if they are not representing an SMU student organization, or an on-campus department. Please note SMU groups cannot sponsor a vendor in order for the vendor to use the space for free.

  • Student Organizations requesting space at the West Bridge will be booked in the Crossing if all available spaces are booked at the time of the request.

The Crossing is only available between 10am-4pm Monday through Friday. We are closed on university holidays.
