January 30:                      Distribute reallocation documents

January 30-February 22:    Budget reallocation and new initiative exercise

February 8:                       HR distributes merit increase packets

February 15 - March 8:       Annual performance review and merit increases

February 22:                     Departments submit results of reallocation exercise

February 27:                     LSWAT budget summit

March 8:                         Performance reviews / competency plans due to Robert Watling

March 8:                         Merit increases are due to Robert Watling

March 20:                         LSWAT+1 budget update

March 11 – March 22:        2012 budget allocations are entered into EPM

March 22:                         Merit increase review and approval by Dr. White

March 25:                       FY2012 budget allocations are due in EPM

March 28:                         Merit increases submitted to Human Resources

April 1-3:                         2012 Budget data finalized in EPM system by FO and any merit increase adjustments made

April 3:                            2012 budget data submitted to budget office

May 24:                           Merit letters submitted to staff

May 27- June 14:          Supervisor performance feedback forms are prepared

June17-28:                    Supervisor performance feedback meetings

July 1:                            Supervisor performance feedback forms due to AVPSA-EDF
