Research-to-Practice Conference: Empowering Teachers

RME empowers teachers and administrators through robust, interactive professional development opportunities on relevant and pressing issues in the education community. RME’s annual Research-to-Practice Conference hosts leaders that decode complex state and federal policy and respond to issues of importance for Texas educators, ultimately supporting all students’ achievement in mathematics and STEM education. RME's first conference was in 2012 with 140 attendees. By 2017, we had grown to 338 attendees, and plan to maintain at this size. By 2019, we had grown to 339 attendees, and sold out within one week.
