Kelly is the Youth Career Development Director for the Longview Economic
Development Corporation. She serves as a recruiter in the local junior
high and high schools, informing students about their career and
education opportunities with a program called "Career Choices in East
Texas."
Ms. Kinsey serves as a local board member for GLOBE, a committee member
for the Youth Advisory Committee for the East Texas Counsel of
Governments and serves on several college and high School Advisory
Committees.
She received her Bachelor's degree in Business Management from
LeTourneau University in 2002 and her Master's degree in Public
Administration from the University of Texas at Tyler in 2006. |
