Cindy is the Existing Business/Workforce Development Director for the
Longview Economic Development Corporation. Her position entails
assisting businesses with growth, development, employment and training.
As a certified Job Profiler through ACT, Cindy provides profiling to
area businesses, insuring their proper usage of the WorkKeys Assessment
Program for hiring and promoting their employees. With 25+ years Human
Resource Management background, she assists area business with
recruitment of the right employees.
Cindy is a Board Member for the Red Cross, a budget committee member of
the Workforce Board of Northeast Texas, and serves on various high
school and college Advisory Committees. |
