B. Adam McGough is a Senior Assistant City Attorney for the
City of Dallas, and the Director of Conflict Management Studies for El Centro
College in Downtown Dallas. He is currently the Deputy Chief of Community
Prosecution where he manages a team of attorneys and code officers working to
improve the quality of life in some of the toughest communities in Dallas.
Adam has practiced law since 2003 and he has been active in
the mediation field since 2002. He has represented clients in a wide range of
legal issues including corporate, real estate, contracts, tort claims, probate,
healthcare, and commercial litigation. He has taught trial skills at The
University of San Francisco Law School since 2003, and he was an adjunct
professor in Negotiation at El Centro Community College for two years before
taking over as the Director of the Conflict Management Program.
