Michael Green is Professor of Law at Texas Wesleyan University School of Law
in Fort Worth, Texas having taught previously at Hamline University School of
Law, and Florida Coastal School of Law. He received
his Master of Law in
1999 from the University of Wisconsin-Madison Law School and his J.D. from
Loyola University of Chicago School of Law.
Mr. Green has published extensively in Law Journals on topics such as race
and employment discrimination. A current work pending publication is
entitled "Tackling Employment Discrimination with ADR: Does Mediation Offer a
Shield for the Haves or Real Opportunity for the Have Nots?" Michael also
submits articles regularly to firm newsletters and business journals.
Michael also makes frequent appearances as an invited presenter at meetings
and conventions across the United States. His primary course for the
Center for Dispute Resolution and Conflict Management will be Arbitration.
