Thomas A. Cinti

Thomas A. Cinti is currently Senior Assistant Regional counsel for the United
States Environmental Protection Agency, Region III. He serves as the Office
of Regional counsel's contact for bankruptcy matters enforcement of Unilateral
Administrative Orders, State Superfund Contracts, and debt collections, ad is
actively involved in the Region's application of EPA's Brownfields policies.
Mr. Cinti's practice includes extensive involvement in complex negotiations
and the innovative application of alternative dispute resolution to environmental
matters. He has been the EPA's lead negotiator on several high profile cases.
He is also adjunct faculty at Holy Family University where he teaches environmental
science, negotiations and project management.
Prior to joining the EPA, Mr. Cinti practiced environmental law for seven years
in the private sector. In 1990, he received his law degree with honors and Order
of the Coif from Rutgers School of Law, where he was Business Editor of the
law journal. Mr. Cinti is a member of the bars of the State of New Jersey, the
U.S. District for the District of New Jersey, and the Unites States Third Circuit
Court of Appeals.
