Looking for two roommates in South Farmers Branch! We are girls in our mid 20s renting a lovely four bedroom two bathroom home. We are looking for someone to move into the 2nd and 3rd bedroom. The rent is $1100 a month (per room) and you must share in bills which is about $120 a month . There is a two car garage and a fenced in backyard. The neighborhood is great for walking and biking and is close to Addison town center and Dallas. No smoking is allowed and you must be okay with dogs. We have a sweet dog who lives here. Contract Terms
All SMU apartments are year-long (12-month) contracts beginning June or July. Short-term contracts or subleasing are not permitted.

Our home is on Swiss Avenue, 3 miles from SMU. I am looking for someone(s) to help with the care of our daughters, ages 15 and 9, in exchange for the room and board. Responsibilities would include rides to/from school and after school activities, light cleaning, laundry folding and cooking several meals per week. We have a dog and multiple cats. We have space sufficient for a couple or possible a small family. There is a kitchenette. Additionally, use of the kitchen, washer and dryer are included.
