How to Apply

High school juniors and seniors may apply. Application deadline is October 30. To apply, youth can download the application forms and mail them to the PYST program office.

A Youth Application consists of:

    * Completed application form
    * Personal narrative
    * Two recommendations
    * Parent/Guardian consent form
    * Photo
