CANCELLATION POLICY 
We understand that sometimes participants need to cancel. Refunds
will be granted for cancellations received in writing or by email no
less than seven days prior to the event less a $25 processing fee.

LOCATION AND PARKING 
Ministers Week programming will be conducted at Perkins School of Theology on the campus of Southern Methodist University. Parking will be available on campus along Bishop Boulevard.

ACCOMMODATIONS 

A block of rooms has been reserved with the DoubleTree Hotel Dallas-Campbell Centre; special rate of $79.00 plus tax per night, single or double; full breakfast, internet and shuttle are included. You must make your own reservations. The special room rate will be available until January 21 or until the group block is sold out.
