Registration is required for attendance at all continuing education events.

4. At the door.  Walk-up registrations will be accepted at an additional cost with no meal guarantee. Plan to arrive on Monday, February 6th at 1:00 p.m. for registration (see schedule for location).

ACCOMMODATIONS 

Special room rates have been arranged with the DoubleTree Hotel Dallas-Campbell Centre; $94.00 plus tax per night, single or double; full breakfast, internet and shuttle are included. You must make your own reservation.
