We understand that sometimes participants need to cancel. Refunds
will be granted for cancellations received in writing or by email no
less than seven days prior to the event less a $25 processing fee.

LOCATION AND PARKING 
Ministers Week and Perkins Theological School for the Laity programming
will be conducted at the Hughes-Trigg Student Center and at Perkins
School of Theology on the campus of Southern Methodist University.
Parking will be available on campus along Bishop Boulevard.

ACCOMMODATIONS 
Special room rates have been arranged with the DoubleTree Hotel Dallas-Campbell Centre; $94.00 plus tax per night, single or double; full breakfast, internet and shuttle are included. You must make your own reservation.
