* For persons seeking United Methodist Certification with graduate credit (Professional Track), the UMC General Board of Higher Education and Ministry provides this scholarship for students upon successful completion of the course. Payment is made directly to Perkins.

Dorm housing requests must be made by May 17 and are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservations canceled after May 17 are subject to a substantial penalty.

Residence halls are equipped with bed sheets, pillow, blanket, towels, and washcloths. Fresh towels and washcloths are provided after the 7th night. It is recommended you bring extra towels and washcloths. Dorm check-in information will be provided at a later time.

Professional certification students are required to submit a course request form for Perkins in addition to registration. If you are registering as a PROFESSIONAL, you are not officially registered until a Course Request Form is completed and received no later than May 17 in the Office of External Programs. Registration for certification courses on the professional track requires an earned Bachelor's degree as a prerequisite and an official undergraduate transcript on file with Perkins. If you are a new student, please request from your undergraduate school that an official transcript be sent to the Office of Advanced Ministerial Studies at the address above.

PAYMENT DEADLINES AND CANCELLATIONS
Payment for all summer tuition, fees and housing is due in full by May 17.
Refunds for cancellations received in writing by May 17 will be granted, less a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations received after May 17 are subject to full billing.
