*Summer housing requests must be made by May 13 and are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservations canceled after May 13 are subject to a substantial penalty. 

Residence halls are equipped with bedsheets, pillow, blanket, towels, and washcloths. Fresh towels and washcloths are provided after the 7th night. It is recommended you bring extra towels and washcloths. Dorm check-in information will be provided at a later time.

If you are registering as a UM PROFESSIONAL track student, you are not officially registered until a course request form is completed and received no later than May 13 in the Office of Advanced Ministerial Studies. It can be mailed, faxed, or emailed to the following:

If you are registering as a UM Professional Track student and you are under the age of 30, you are not officially registered until you have provided proof of immunization against bacterial meningitis within the past 5 years. The SMU Student Health Form has to be received no later than May 3 in the Office of Advanced Ministerial Studies. Click here to download SMU Health Form.

PAYMENT DEADLINES AND CANCELLATIONS
Payment for all summer tuition, fees and housing is due in full by May 13.
Refunds for cancellations received in writing by May 13 will be granted, less a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations received after May 13, are subject to full billing.

*For persons seeking United Methodist Certification with graduate credit (Professional Track), the UMC General Board of Higher Education and Ministry provides this scholarship for students upon successful completion of the course. Payment is made directly to Perkins. More information is available at www.gbhem.org.
