Funding Request Form

Please make sure you have read and understand the Finance Committee Standards before submitting your request.

All Senate funding requests must be submitted by 5pm on the Tuesday before the Finance Committee meeting to be seen during the next meeting (Thursday). Once your request has been submitted, you will be scheduled a time between 3:30-5:00pm on the meeting date to present your request to Senate Finance Committee. Please arrive at least five minutes before your scheduled time. You will have five minutes to describe your event and answer questions. Following your presentation, the Committee will notify you of the Committee's decision. Once approval is complete, the Finance Chair will email you the final amount funded and necessary steps to obtain your money.
