Funding Request Form

Please make sure you have read and understand the Finance Committee Standards before submitting your request.

All Senate funding requests must be submitted by 5pm on the Wednesday before the Finance Committee meeting to be seen the next day (Thursday) during the meeting. Once your request has been submitted, you will be scheduled a time between 3:30-5:00pm on the meeting date to present your request to Senate Finance Committee. (Note: Your spot on that Thursday is guaranteed. Keep 3:30-5:00pm on Thursday open. The Finance Committee will follow-up with you to assign a specific 10-minute time slot.) Following your presentation, the Committee will notify you of the Committee's decision. Once approval is complete, the Finance Chair will email you the final amount funded and necessary steps to obtain your money.
