John B. Attanasio, Ph.D., a constitutional law scholar, provides expertise in constitutional development in emerging democracies such as Bulgaria, the former Czechoslovakia, Estonia, Hungary, Russia and South Africa. He is a co-author of Constitutional Law and Understanding Constitutional Law, and can discuss issues related to First Amendment issues, civil procedure, federalism, human genetic engineering, international law, jurisprudence, legal education and torts.
