SMU Continuing and Professional Education announces a special opportunity to learn from Michael Guillory, World Wide Corporate Brand Communications at Texas Instruments.

Communicating Technical Concepts to Non-Technical People will be offered Thursday and Friday May 21-22 at SMU’s Plano Campus. Students will learn the skill and art of helping people understand strategies that work - from an industry leader with more than 25 years' experience at high tech companies. The two-day boot camp style workshop will run from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. daily.

“It’s never easy to translate technical information regarding products and services into language that non-technical people can easily understand” said Michael Guillory, CAPE course instructor.  “I’m looking forward to sharing some real-life tools which can help communicators maximize their messaging so that it truly resonates with their target audience and accurately portrays the technical attributes of their product”.
