Start from within

We spend too much time at work not to enjoy it. Pray, contemplate or meditate about your purpose as an individual. Ask yourself: What is my passion? What is my spiritual calling? The world tells us to look externally to the marketplace and find a growing market niche and pursue it. But this approach doesn’t always work for maximizing your personal fulfillment and professional success.

Recognize the clues

What are skills that come quite naturally to you, but that others find difficult or daunting? These are your gifts. Your innate talents, natural skill sets, interests and hobbies are often clues to your calling and purpose. Pay attention to them....
