Having communication, visual and performing arts together in one school creates unique opportunities to work with artists outside of your area of study. Meadows School of the Arts features faculty who have experience across a range of disciplines and work collaboratively. The school recently hired Ira Greenberg, an associate professor with a joint appointment in Meadows and the Lyle School of Engineering, to create a new interdisciplinary Center for Creative Computation at the Meadows School and new programs, including a new major, that focus on computation, digital art, and using computer code as an art medium.
