Retreat Leads to Discussions of Institute's Future

TAI teams up with local advertising agency for annual retreat

On August 15, a team of faculty and staff from Meadows’ Temerlin Advertising Institute held an annual retreat at Slingshot, an innovative advertising agency based in downtown Dallas. The day began with a presentation from Owen Hannay, Slingshot's CEO, and featured sessions and breakout meetings with various Slingshot executives. Discussions held at the retreat helped to spark the planning of the Temerlin Advertising Institute's future, specifically regarding ways to be effective in the realms of social media and digital content. With seemingly endless opportunities present in navigating the consumer landscape today, many considered the insights offered by the team at Slingshot to be extremely helpful in moving forward.
