Gregory Grabowski to Fill in for Paul Phillips at Winspear Event

Meadows Symphony Conductor Suffers Injury in Fall

Because of an injury suffered in a fall at his home yesterday, Paul Phillips will be unable to participate in the Winspear event on Saturday night. The conductor for the performance will be Gregory Grabowski, a second-year graduate student and one of the top students in the conducting program. Gregory has been serving as the cover conductor (essentially a conducting understudy) for the performance and has been working with Paul every step of the way for the past several months in preparation for the Winspear concert. We wish Paul a full and speedy recovery.
