Nina Flournoy
Senior Lecturer
Nina Flournoy is senior lecturer in the Division of Communication Studies. She teaches communications classes at SMU-in-Taos, New Mexico. She directed the SMU-in-London program for eight years and served on SMU’s International Task Force. Flournoy joined SMU in 1997, leaving a position as senior editor for Dallas Family magazine. Prior to this, she was regional editor and a correspondent for Women's Wear Daily and “W” Magazine. She also served as editor for Dallas Child magazine and Dallas Family magazine. She has written for “D” Magazine, Money, Dallas Morning News, American Way, Texas Business and New York-based Daily News Record.
