Rick is founder of Target Resource Group (TRG), one of the country’s top arts marketing consulting firms. TRG developed the initial expertise and technology in dynamic pricing for the performing arts. For more than a decade his firm has helped increase patronage and revenue for arts and cultural organizations throughout North America. TRG’s consulting, data management services, and learning opportunities have become industry best practices that support hundreds of organizations, arts centers, and communities. His clients have enjoyed double-digit growth, increased demand for their programs, and improved returns-on-investment.

Rick’s success with TRG has made him one of the most sought-after speakers nationally on the subject of arts marketing and pricing. He has delivered keynotes, lectures and seminars for the American Marketing Association, ArtsReach National Marketing Conference, Association of California Symphony Orchestras, DanceUSA, Chorus America, League of American Orchestras, League of Broadway Theatres, National Arts Marketing Project, The National Performing Arts Convention, Opera America and many others. He is uniquely qualified to offer our students the most innovative and cutting-edge knowledge about current arts marketing practices and trends.
