Alumni Show 2013
Art of Our Century: Collected Alumni Submissions
In the fall of 2012 the Pollock Gallery/Division of Art sent out a call for entries for an exhibition, Art of Our Century, showcasing art by alumni from the classes of 2000 through 2012. The show, which coincided with SMU's centennial celebrations, featured a broad range of creative work by 20 alumni, including painting, drawing, printmaking, sculpture, photography and video. Art critic and Director of Fort Worth Contemporary Arts Christina Rees curated the exhibition.
All alumni solicited for this event were eligible to have images of their artwork and their artist statement included in an online catalog hosted by the Division of Art/Meadows School of the Arts.
