Marketing Promotions Coordinator
Mary Guthrie began her communications career as a freshman at Meadows School of the Arts working for campus radio station KSMU. Since then she has worked in public relations, marketing, strategic planning and promotion for accredited history museum Dallas Heritage Village, WFAA-TV Channel 8, Dallas Child magazine and more. Other stints include production for a laser light show company and editing a fine art photography book for a Dallas-based auction house. She was a founding board member of the urban Cedars Neighborhood Association and has served on the board of the Dallas Songwriters Association. In her free time she writes songs and plays guitar for rock/pop band Merry and the Mood Swings.
