Research Philosophy

A new generation of transportation systems has emerged following the revolution in the information technology. The continuing advances in telecommunication and computing industry creates opportunities to increase efficiencies, safety, reliability and security of the various elements of the transportation infrastructure. These opportunities offer great potential for brilliant contributions from researchers to develop new models that help us better understand the dynamics of these new systems.
