SMU Dedman School of Law offers students a wide array of academic resources to meet their needs and help them along the path to completing their degree.
The Office of Academic Services/Registrar assists current students with course registration, enrollment verification, scheduling, examinations, degree audits, graduation applications, etc. The office also supports faculty by scheduling classrooms, posting first day of class assignments, posting grades, and is the link between the academic policies of the institution and faculty and students.
This office also assists recent graduates and alumni with graduation verification to state bars in all 50 states.
SMU ensures that the integrity and security of all academic records are in accordance with FERPA, the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act as set forth by the Federal Government.
