Password Tools are located at smu.edu/password. This application will allow you to reset your SMU password any time of the day or night and immediately gain access to your accounts.
In order to use this service, you will first need to sign up or enroll in the password reset application. You must know your current SMU password in order to sign-up. You will be prompted to answer 4 security questions during the enrollment process. When you request a password reset, you will be prompted to supply the same answer to those 4 questions before selecting a new password.
