Application Process

Engaged Learning applications include information about the proposed project, the proposal, a reflection exercise and, if needed, a funding request.

The Office of Engaged Learning receives application packets during the application cycle.

The annual cycle opens November 15 and closes February 15.

New projects announced:  MAR 15 - APR 1
Confirmation letters due:  APR 15

For students who need to know the status of their applications sooner, there is an early decision timeline below. The early decision timeline closes December 15.

Here's How It Works:

  1. Review the forms. 

  2. Identify your mentor.  

  3. Develop your proposal. 

  4. Complete and submit your application to the Office of Engaged Learning prior to the deadline.

  5. Confirm your participation after approval.
