Project Information Form

Before starting your Engaged Learning project application, review the Engaged Learning project and the Application Process.

After submitting your Project Information Form, you will be registered in Blackboard where you will complete the other required application materials: Project Proposal, Reflection Exercise 1, Funding Request, Mentor Recommendation Request, and Host Agency Letter of Support Request

You will receive an email when you have been registered in the Blackboard course. 

All application materials must be submitted on Blackboard during the application cycle: Nov 15 - Feb 15.
