Ethnic Identity, Social Psychology, Race and Gender Relations, Gender Identity, Sociological Theory (Classical and Modern), Research Methods (Mixed Methods Design), Religion, Social Cultural Evolution.

Current Research

Currently extending my research on Mexican American children in Denver, Colorado, and border regions along Texas. I am interested to see if children from different geographical regions, and socio-economic status would provide similar results with children in North and North Central Texas. I am also working on articles covering Mixed Methods Research Designs and Symbolic Interaction.
