Stanley Paul Guenter

Archaeology

Stanley Guenter grew up in western Canada and Belize and obtained his BA in archaeology from the University of Calgary in 1999 and his MA in archaeology from La Trobe University in Melbourne, Australia. He has carried out archaeological research in Mexico, Guatemala and the Rocky Mountains of Canada. He is currently finishing his dissertation on the Classic Maya Collapse, and works as an archaeologist and epigrapher with three different projects in northern Guatemala.
