I am a PhD student in the cultural anthropology program with a focus in medical anthropology. My research interests include madness, identity, resistance, and alternatives to the mental health system. In the summer of 2017, I volunteered and conducted research with a grassroots mutual support network in the Northeastern US.

I earned my BA from Oberlin College in 2009.
