Faculty Advisors
All departments have an Undergraduate Advisor, Chair, or Director with whom you can discuss departmental expectations for internship credit, types of internship experiences to pursue, and available professors to direct your internship. Click here for a list of faculty advisors by department.

The following forms are available for your convenience:

• The role of the Intern
• The role of the Supervisor
• The role of the Mentor
• Learning Contract - provides an outline of projects and expectations for the intern, employer, and the College. Students file the original, signed Learning Contract and sign the SMU Release of Liability for Academic-Credit Education Internships in the Internship Program Office before starting the  internship.
• Mid-term Evaluation - Supervisors email or fax the mid-term evaluation to the Internship Program Office.
• Supervisor Evaluation - Students and Supervisors email or fax the final evaluations to the Internship Program Office.
